Apply for Membership

Inquiries about membership may be sent to our email at RiseCoOpMN@gmail.com.

In order to apply, you need to:

  1. Review all terms regarding Meeting Info, Membership Agreement, Faith Statement, and Tuition/Fees found on our website.
  2. Fill out the application form (HERE).
  3. Sign and submit (via email or in person) the following document:
  4. Pay registration fee. Please email us for the address.
  • If received by April 30th, 2024: $20/family (non-refundable) 
  • On/after May 1st, 2024: $30/family (non-refundable)

By completing ALL these steps, you are applying for membership. Membership is determined by timestamp of application, space availability, and safe class sizes. Your application fee is non-refundable and tuition will not be charged until an invitation to join is extended.  If we are unable to enroll your family at the time of your application, you will be notified and placed on our waiting list.
